About the Gerane Baker

Gerane moved to Chelem, Yucatan in December, 2019 from Tuscaloosa, Alabama. In Alabama, she has been a real estate investor for the past 12 years. She bought properties, remodeled & sold or held the properties for her rental portfolio. Gerane still operates that business remotely with my son there.

Gerane also remodeled homes for clients as a side business. I’ve always enjoyed the housing industry & still love it here.

Happiness for Gerane is working closely with her clients to help them find their dream homes in the beach communities or the Capital city of Merida & surrounding areas. She absolutely loves Yucatan, it’s people & the beauty of this area.
