We are from Houston, TX, and knew we wanted to buy a place on the Yucatán. We had been looking online for a couple of years. We found Wade from my internet searches. He was always responsive and informative.

We finally came down to look, and we contacted Wade. He took the time to find out what we wanted and showed us a couple of properties. We fell in love with the second one he showed us. We decided to buy that night.

Wade made the process very easy. We knew nothing about the rules in Mexico, and he helped us understand the process.
