We met Wade in Merida in 2014 while searching for a small. Beach property along the Yucatan coast near Progreso. We had been living part-time in Merida for 5 years and wanted to expand our adventure.

Yucatan Beach Homes’ primary focus is Yucatan beachfront properties, so they are experts in that market. After seeing an excellent selection of inventory in our price range, we chose a small 1 bedroom casa in Chuburna Puerto.

The entire process from making an offer to taking possession and reselling at a profit 4 years later was seamless due to the quality and reputation of the bilingual legal services Wade has selected.

Due to my health reasons, Wade also resold the casa for us 4 years ago. Full circle!
